Professor Carey Curtis
Carey's research interests include sustainable transport, land use and transport integration, transit oriented development, shared streets, personal travel behaviour, travel demand management, city planning and design, transport policy and governance and implementation. She is based in Western Australia and holds honorary professor appointments in Australia and Sweden.
David Robertson
David Robertson undertakes GIS analysis. After fifteen years supporting environmental management in state government, he is applying his varied skills to creating more liveable and sustainable cities.
Oscar Thomson
Oscar has been involved in the SNAMUTS project since he commenced his Urban Planning degree in 2011 and has developed a strong interest in the application of effective land use planning and transport integration.
Dr Jan Scheurer
Jan’s areas of expertise are urban design, transport and accessibility planning, sustainability policy and mobility culture. Dr Jan Scheurer is holds an Honorary Associate position at the Centre for Urban Research RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
Professor Anssi Joutsinemi
Anssi works with the team on the development of a new programming interface for SNAMUTS. He is based at Aalto University, Finland.
Sam Mcleod
Sam is exploring the links between open source data sets and SNAMUTS. He works in planning practice.
Kristen Bell (RMIT)
Kristen is completing a PhD examining the factors effecting public transport service quality. Her research examines the activities of cities exhibiting high levels of public transport usage, and aims to strengthen the theoretical basis for the measurement and modelling of public transport systems.
